How does the free trial work?

Once you sign up, you have 15 days to explore and use all the features available on Videeo.

Do I need coding skills to build my app?

What if I already have a mobile app?

Will my mobile app have Videeo branding?

Videeo is a white-label mobile app solution for Shopify stores. There will be no Videeo branding in your app. You can customize your branding and colors as you like.

How will shoppers find my mobile app?

After your app is published, it will be in the Apple Store and/or Google Play Store. There are many ways to market your app. Our customer onboarding team can help get you started, or you can use our range of online education resources and best practices guide.

Can I create an Android mobile app for my Shopify store?

How do I launch my mobile app on the Apple App Store?

To launch your iOS app, you will need the following:

LLC, S-Corp, or C-Corp for your business
DUNS number: a unique business identifier provided by Dun & Bradstreet
Apple Developer Account ($99 annual fee)

How do I launch my mobile app on the Google Play Store?

There are no additional steps needed. Sign up for a Videeo account and follow the steps to build your app.

Where can I place my Popclip - Shoppable Video?

Your Popclip can be showcased on your website and mobile app, with smart automatic placement of shoppable videos on all your product pages. Shoppers can add to cart directly from videos and all checkout goes through your Shopify cart.

Can I use my Popclip in my marketing materials?

Yes – you can embed your shoppable videos across customer touch points like landing pages, email campaigns and SMS campaigns. You can also upload your shoppable videos directly to any social media apps.

What are video views?

Views refer to the number of times your Popclip was displayed to unique visitors. You can track this in your Shopify dashboard under the Tracking section.

What happens after I max out my views?

You will have a month to upgrade your plan within your Shopify dashboard. Within that 30 days, your videos will continue to show across channels.
